Charity and support fund "Bėdų turgus" is finishing the sub-project "Development of the virtual informational system of "Bedu turgus" in order to promote society's involvement in charity and support actions", financed by Iceland, Lichtenstein, Norway according to the European Economic Area and Norwegian Financial Mechanism subsidy scheme "Enhancement of the non-governmental organization sector in Lithuania" and co-funded by the Republic of Lithuania. The total amount of the grant is 67,180 litas. The main purpose of the project is to inform Lithuanian and international communities and promote the ideas of charity, support and compassion by educating the public about families in poverty, the problems of the handicapped and children with diabetes.
Thanks to the sub-project the charity administration system "Bedų turgus" has been developed. It consists of creating the accounting and administrating system for collecting charity on the "beduturgus.lt" website, creating the ability to watch TV program "Bedų turgus"on the internet and the development of the "diabetes.lt" website.
